Soft Skills

Course Description: The purpose of this 4-credit course is to develop a wide variety of soft skills. While hard skills provide students with expertise in certain fields, soft skills make them apply their hard skills in different professional, personal and social environments. At the end of the course the students will be able to understand the essential skills to communicate effectively, be able to identify their individual communication style to achieve positive results, will be able to manage time more efficiently and work on their strengths to build a more effective personality.
